Restorers Classic Hexagonal Glass Knob - 1 1/4 Inch Diameter

Our unique hexagonal glass knobs are offered in 14 nostalgic colors to complement any kitchen or bath decor. Knobs include a 2 1/2" long nickel-plated installation bolt.

Note: This glass knob/pull is durable. However, please bear in mind that it is made of glass, and that glass knobs and handles require special care during installation. Do not use power tools - use only hand tools to install glass hardware. To tighten, turn only the nut on the back end of the screw (this is one reason why the screw head is smooth and has no slot). Do not turn the knob itself as it may cause breakage. Tighten with care and do not over-tighten.

Great final touch for kitchen update

As with other reviews, I kept existing cabinets, but painted white for a European / country feel. These have been a perfect finishing touch. I used them for both cupboard doors and one or two on the drawers, depending on the drawer size. Only issue is that the bolt that goes through them does not "lock" into place, so the knobs can spin. I have been using locktite once I am sure I have everything lined up and don't need to remove again. Then I really tighten them and that resolves the issue - unless you don't tighten them enough right away! Also - I had to place a supplemental order for six more knobs due to some cabinet changes. One package arrived open in the box and the nut was missing. Have an email in to customer service for replacement nut, but have not heard back yet, so issue remains pending.

Good Fit for a 40's Home

Kitchen renovated but all of the 'old' cabinets, windows, et. al. were still solid and were saved. Went with basic white all over and these knobs (also bought pulls) set everything up, very well, to look 'period'. Well done Van Dyke's!
